Creamy Fruit Smoothie
3 cups fruit
2/3 cup Nonfat Dry Milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup ice cubes
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place all ingredients in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
NOTE: For a tropical taste sensation, follow directions using a
mixture of mango, papaya and pineapple to make up 3 cups fruit.
Makes about 4 cups. |
