Easy Ice Cream

2 pkgs instant pudding (any flavor)
4 cups of milk
1-1/2 quarts of half-and-half

Make 2 pkg instant pudding according to pkg directions.
Place mixture in refrigerator until cold and set.

Add pudding & 1-1/2 qt. of half & half to freezer container, mix well.

Or use enough half-and-half to fill to marked "fill" line on freezer container.

Freeze ice cream according to directions supplied with ice cream freezer.

This is for a 2-1/2-3 quart ice cream maker. Could probably divide recipe for smaller machine, or freeze in 2 batches.
