French Chocolate Ice Cream 1 Cup sugar 3 Egg yolks 1-1/2 Cups milk 2 Cups cream 1/3 Cup cocoa 1 Tsp. vanilla Remove from heat and gently sift the cocoa into the mixture. Beat well until blended. Cool. Add cream and vanilla. Mix well and refrigerate overnight. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Makes 1 quart |
