Ice Cream In a Bag
You'll need:
1 T. sugar
1/2 C. milk
1/4 t. vanilla
6 T. rock salt
1 pint size zip-lock bag
1 gallon-size zip-lock bag
1/2 bag ice
First fill the large bag halfway with ice and add the rock salt.
Put the milk, vanilla, and sugar into the small bag & seal it. Place
the small bag inside the large bag and seal it.
Shake until the mixture thickens (about 5 minutes or so) Remove the
small bag from the large one and enjoy.
Great for kids to make on those hot summer days. |
