Ice Cream Crunch 1/2 C. butter 1/2 C. packed brown sugar 3 C. crisp rice cereal 2 C. flaked coconut 1 C. chopped mixed nuts 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened In a large bowl, combine cereal, coconut, and nuts; add sugar mixture and stir till coated Press half into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Spread ice cream over crust. Top with remaining cereal mixture. Freeze until firm. Serves 12-16 |
