Kid-made Ice Cream
1/2 cup cream 1/2 cup of milk
1/4 cup of sugar
1/4 teas. vanilla
1/2 cup kosher salt or rock salt
2 1/2 cups crushed ice
Pour the cream, milk, sugar and vanilla into quart size zip-lock
bag. Make sure it is tightly sealed Knead and shake the bag to mix
well.
Drop the bag into a gallon size freezer bag along with the crushed
ice and salt. Seal bag tightly. Shake the bags for about 10 to 15
minutes. The ice will melt but the water stays cold
Pull the small bag out and rinse off and scoop out the ice cream. |
