Peanut Buster Parfait
1/2 C. butter, melted
1 package Oreo cookies
half gallon Vanilla Ice Cream, softened in refrigerator
1 C. salted peanuts
1/2 C. butter
2 C. powdered sugar
1 small can evaporated milk
2/3 C. chocolate chips
Melt 1/2 C. butter. Crush package of Oreos and put in bottom of 9 x
13 pan. Mix butter in. Put in freezer for awhile. Spread softened
ice cream over top of cookies. Put back in freezer overnight.
In pot, mix 1/2 C. butter, 2 C. powdered sugar, evaporated milk and
2/3 C. chocolate chips. Boil till thick, a few minutes.
Spread over top of frozen ice cream. Put in freezer again. |
