Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
1 cup half and half
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Combine half and half, sugar, peanut butter and vanilla in blender.
Cover and process on medium speed until blended. Pour mix into cream
canister. Stir in whipping cream.
Freeze as directed, then add chocolate chips
immediately after freezing.
Makes 1 1/2 quarts. |
