Strawberry Smoothie

4 oz. strawberry syrup

4 oz. low-fat milk

3/4 C. vanilla frozen yogurt or ice cream

20 oz. ice

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Makes 3 or 4 servings.

Note: Flavored syrups can be found in coffee bars, gourmet shops and supermarkets.
