Strawberry Orange Smoothie

1 pint strawberries or 2 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
2 teaspoons sugar
5 ice cubes -- crushed

In blender container, combine strawberries, yogurt, orange juice, mint, sugar and ice. Pulse until well combined. Serve in chilled glasses.
