Yugoslavian Potato Muffins Recipe
2 C. flour
4 t. baking powder
1 1/2 t. salt
2 t. dried onion flakes
1 T. sugar
1 t Caraway seeds
2 eggs
1 C. applesauce
6 T. melted butter
1 1/2 C. grated raw potatoes
Blend first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Whisk remaining ingredients in another
bowl. Pour wet ingredients into flour mixture stirring quickly. Spoon into
greased muffin tins.
Bake 375�F. for 25 minutes or browned and tested done. Serve warm with butter or honey.
