Chili Cheese Cornsticks
1 1/4 cups yellow cornmeal
1 large egg
1/2 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 tablespoons chopped green chiles
Beat egg, milk and 1/4 c. vegetable oil. Add dry ingredients,
stirring only to mix. Toss in cheese and chilies.
Bake in greased
pans at 425�F for 15 minutes.
Note: You can also bake this in mini muffin cups.
