Chocolate Truffle Recipe
6 tablespoons chocolate liqueur
1/4 cup Alexis Bailey Ratafia
Cocoa powder for rimming glass
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine chocolate liqueur and Ratafia.
Cover and shake vigorously. Dip rim edge of martini glass in a shallow dish with
1/4-inch water, then dip again in a shallow dish with 1/4-inch cocoa.
Strain shaken mixture into prepared glass and serve.
Makes 1 cocktail
