Garden Vegetable Dip Recipe
1 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 C. sour cream
1/4 C., each, finely chopped red pepper, green pepper, carrots, red onion and
cauliflower
1 T. lemon juice
1 1/2 t. dried tarragon leaves
3/4 t. garlic salt
Cut-up vegetables, crackers or chips.
Beat cream cheese until smooth, then beat in sour cream. Stir in remaining
ingredients and blend well. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
Makes 2 cups.
