Peanut Chili Dip Recipe
1/3 C. natural-style peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
3 T. water (1 to 2 t. more, if necessary)
2 T. soy sauce
2 T. lemon juice
2 t. honey
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1 T. chili powder
Dash of cayenne pepper or Tabasco, optional
Finely chopped peanuts and paprika for garnish, optional
Blend peanut butter and water into a smooth paste. Stir in soy sauce, lemon
juice, honey, garlic, and chili powder. Add cayenne or Tabasco if desired. Spoon
into a serving bowl. Garnish with finely chopped peanuts and a sprinkling of
paprika.
Yield: 2/3 cup dip.
