Stuffed Broccoli with Prawn Colloid Pound them with the back of a chopper (cleaver), add seasoning and whip into a colloid. Cut the broccoli into small pieces. Parboil the broccoli with water, 1 tsp salt and corn/peanut oil. Stuff the prawn colloid on each broccoli and sprinkle some minced carrot on each broccoli. Steam until cooked. Bring the gravy ingredients to a boil and pour it over the stuffed broccoli before serving. |
