Easy Peanut Butter Presses
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons peanuts, chopped
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1. Preheat oven to 350�F. In *Classic Batter Bowl*, combine sugar and egg using
*Classic* *Scraper*. Stir in peanut butter until completely blended.
2. Fit *Cookie Press* with desired disk, making sure the number on the disk is
facing outward, away from the dough. Using *Large Scoop*, fill cookie press with
dough. Press dough onto *Rectangle Stone*, 1 inch apart.
3. Bake 12-14 minutes or until cookies are set and light golden brown. Cool 2
minutes on baking stone; remove to *Stackable Cooling Rack*. Cool completely.
Repeat with remaining dough.
4. Chop peanuts using *Food Chopper*. Place chocolate morsels in *Small
Micro-Cooker�*; microwave, uncovered, on HIGH 1 minute or until chocolate is
melted and smooth, stirring after each 20-second interval. Drizzle chocolate
over cookies; sprinkle with peanuts. Let stand until chocolate is set.
Yield: 3 dozen cookies

*Cook�s Tip*: To easily drizzle melted chocolate over cookies, place a small,
resealable plastic food storage bag inside *Measure-All� Cup*. Pour melted
chocolate into corner of bag. Twist top of bag; secure with a *Twixit! Clip*.
Cut a small tip off corner of bag to allow chocolate to flow through.
