Panama Pork Stew
2 small sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 2 inch pieces
1 10 ounce package frozen corn
1 9 ounce package frozen cut green beans
1 cup chopped onion
1 1/4 pounds lean pork stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
1 14 1/2 ounce can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 to 2 tablespoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1 cup water
Place potatoes, corn, green beans and onion in slow cooker. Top with pork.
Combine tomatoes with juice, water, chili powder, salt and
coriander in large bowl.
Pour over pork in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9
hours.
