Pork Chops in Mushroom Gravy Layer potato, onion and parsnip over top. Brush both sides of pork chops with gravy browner. Lay over parsnip. Stir soup with water together in bowl. Pour over all. Cover. Cook on low for 9 to 10 hours or high for 4 1/2 to 5 hours. Serves 6. |
