Cheese Ball

8-oz cream cheese, softened

5-oz bleu cheese

2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped very fine

2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped very fine

1/2 teas garlic powder

Mix well

Shape into ball and chill

Roll in parsley, nuts, paprika, if desired.
