Chinese Hamburger Casserole

2 pounds of ground beef

medium onion, chopped

2 cans of condensed, tomato soup, undiluted

2 cans of Chinese vegetables, drained

1 small can mushrooms

1 can of Chinese noodles

olive oil

dash of Worcestershire sauce

salt and pepper to taste

Brown beef and onions in a small amount of olive oil. Add soup, vegetables, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Heat well; pour into greased casserole and top with noodles.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serves eight.
