Salmon Divan Casserole

Salmon Divan Casserole 16 to 20 ounces frozen broccoli Cook broccoli according to package instructions. Drain and place in a shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish. In a saucepan over medium low heat melt butter; stir in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and thickened. Remove from heat; stir in sherry. Top broccoli with salmon chunks. Pour sauce over salmon. Combine Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs or cornflake crumbs; sprinkle over sauce. Bake at 425� for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Serves 4 to 6. |
