Taco Crunch Casserole
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 16 oz. frozen sweet corn
2 T. taco seasoning mix
2/3 C. water
8 oz. salsa
crunched chips
cheddar cheese
Brown hamburger, onion together. Add green pepper after hamburger is browned and
cook for short time. Add corn, taco seasoning, water and salsa. Mix all
together.
Spread half in casserole (11 x 7 or 9 x 13) dish. Top with crunched chips and then shredded cheese. Spread remaining meat mix on top - then add cheese then chips.
Bake until it's hot...20 minutes or so at 350�F. Serve immediately.
