Hot Beef Party Spread
1 Tbsp. Butter
1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onion
2 Tbsp. Chablis or Dry White Wine
8 oz cream cheese - softened
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
2 1/2 oz Dried Beef - finely chopped
1/2 Cup Pecans - chopped
Place butter in a 1 quart casserole and microwave on high until
melted. Add onions, cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes or
until tender.
Stir in wine, microwave on high for 1 minute. Add
next 4 ingredients and mix well. Microwave on high for 4 more
minutes.
Serve with crackers. |
