Broiled Orange Roughy
1 1/2 lb. fresh or frozen orange roughy, red
snapper or haddock fillets, thawed
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 C. butter, melted
1/4 C. lemon juice
1/4 C. soy sauce
Place fillets in shallow dish; sprinkle with garlic powder
Combine butter, lemon juice and soy sauce; pour over fish and turn.
Marinate for 10 minutes. Drain and discard marinade.
Place fillets on broiler pan. Broil 3-4 inches from the heat for 10
minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, turning once.
Sprinkle with paprika.
