Halibut Steaks Parmesan
4 fresh or frozen halibut steaks
1 egg beaten
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1/4 c milk
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
3 T fine dry bread crumbs
1 T butter, melted
Place fish in 11 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2" baking dish. (Thaw frozen fish)
Combine egg, soup, milk, and 1/2 of cheese in pan. Stir over low
heat until cheese melts. Pour over fish.
Toss bread crumbs, butter and remaining cheese and sprinkle over
fish
Bake 375� 20-25 minutes until fish flakes easily.
