Decadent Candy Bar Salad
1 package instant butterscotch pudding mix
2/3 cup nonfat milk powder
1 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon coconut extract
3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup cool whip lite
12 chocolate flavor graham crackers, crushed
2 tablespoons chopped pecans
2 tablespoons flaked coconut
In large bowl combine dry pudding and ilk, and water; mix well using
whisk. Blend in extract, yogurt and cool whip. Add graham cracker
crumbs, pecans and coconut. Mix gently to combine, then cover and
refrigerate at least 15 minutes.
