Lime Whip Jello Salad
1 large pack lime jello
16 ounces cool whip Lite�
16 ounces cottage cheese, small curd
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 can crushed pineapple, drained of some juice
1 cup chopped pecans
Blend jello, cool whip, cottage cheese, mayo and pineapple. Blend in
nuts. Can add coconut, marshmallows and cherries if desired. Cover
and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.
