5-Minute Pie 8 ounces cream cheese -- softened
14-1/2 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup lime juice
1 graham cracker pie crust, 9 inch
Beat cream cheese in small mixer bowl until smooth. Gradually add
sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk. Beat until smooth
Add lime juice. Blend slowly until thickened, about 1 minute.
Pour into pie shell. Chill 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until firm.
Yield: 10 servings
