Quick and Easy Potatoes Recipes French Mashed Potatoes Recipe
French Mashed Potatoes 6 medium Russet potatoes, peeled and cut into halves or quarters 3/4 cup milk 2 Tbsp butter or margarine 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper Cook potatoes in boiling salted water for 30 minutes; remove from heat and drain.
Mash potatoes; add milk, butter or margarine, baking powder, salt and pepper.
Beat until fluffy.
Serves 6 to 8
Note: Can add 1 Tbsp grated onion if desired.
