Microwave Twice Baked Potatoes
1 large potato, unpeeled
2 slices bacon
1 Tbsp. butter
chives
grated cheese on top
Bake the potato at High power for 5 to 7 minutes. Slice off the top
and scoop out the insides, leaving 1/4-inch from skin. Mash the
insides, adding a tablespoon of butter. Place the mashed potato back
in the potato skin. Then put 2 slices of bacon between 4 paper
towels. Cook on High power for 3 to 4 minutes. Let cool. Crumble on
the potato. Add chives. Place the potato into the microwave for 1
minute. Then serve. |
