Raspberry Chicken Breast

Raspberry Chicken Breast l/2 cup water l/3 cup white wine vinegar 2 tsp. corn starch l/2 cup raspberry preserves 2 lb. boneless chicken breasts Place chicken in a self closing plastic bag. Reserve l/3 cup marinade pour remaining remaining marinade over chicken; close bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Remove chicken from marinade. Place on grill over medium heat. Grill approx. l0 minutes or so until done, turning occasionally and basting with reserved marinade. |
