Quick and Easy Rice Recipes Cheeseburger Rice Recipe
Cheeseburger Rice
1 lb. ground beef 1 3/4 C. water 2/3 C. ketchup 1 T prepared mustard 2 C. uncooked Minute rice 1 C. shredded cheddar Brown meat in skillet; drain.
Add water, ketchup and mustard. Bring to a boil.
Stir in Minute rice.
Sprinkle with cheese, cover.
Cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Serves 4
