Green Chili Rice Recipe
Green Chili Rice Lightly grease baking dish. Saute onion in margarine while rice is cooking. Remove from heat; stir in rice, sour cream, cottage cheese and seasonings; mix well. Layer half of rice mixture in dish. Spread 1 can of peppers on top; sprinkle with 1/2 of cheese; repeat. Bake at 375� for 25 minutes, uncovered. |
