Easy Rhubarb Dessert
1 pkg. (18-1/2 ozs) yellow cake mix
5 cups diced fresh or frozen rhubarb
1 cup sugar
1 cup heavy cream
Mix cake as directed on pkg. Pour batter into a greased 13x9x2 in.
baking pan.
Spread rhubarb over batter. Sprinkle with sugar; pour cream over
top. Do not mix.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until cake tests done.
