Gingered Heavenly Hash
1 (one lb) can fruit cocktail
1 1/2 c miniature marshmallows
1 c sour cream
2 T finely chopped crystallized ginger
2 T toasted slivered almonds Drain fruit cocktail. Combine fruit, marshmallows, sour cream and ginger. Chill 3-4 hours. Just before serving sprinkle with almonds. 6 servings May be served over slices of angel food cake or spooned into sherbet glasses.
