Strawberry Parfait

1 lb strawberries sliced

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/8 tsp. almond extract

1/2 cup chocolate sauce

1/4 cup sliced almonds

Place berries in parfait glasses

In bowl, beat cream and extract until soft peaks form, refrigerate.

To serve, drizzle berries with chocolate sauce. Top with cream and almonds.
