Chocolate Chunk Sour Cream Muffins Recipe

1 1/2 C. all-purpose flour
1/2 C. granulated sugar
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. ground cinnamon
1/4 t. salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 C. milk
1/2 C. sour cream
1/4  C. butter, melted
1 t. vanilla
1 package (4 oz.) Baker's German Sweet Chocolate, chopped

Preheat oven to 375�F.

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; set aside. Stir eggs, milk, sour cream, butter and vanilla in a large bowl until well blended. Add flour mixture; stir just until moistened. Stir in chocolate.

Fill 12 paper  or foil-lined muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.

Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan to cool on wire rack.

Makes 1 dozen muffins.
