Before the shower, go out and bought several items. Lotions, small frames, small perfumes, note paper etc.

While the bride opens gifts, set a timer. Each time the timer rang, whose ever gift she was opening won one of the small wrapped items.

This was a good game for a shower attended by women of all ages.
