Strawberry Pecan Cake Recipe

Cake:
1 box white cake mix
1 small box strawberry gelatin
1/2 C. milk
4 eggs (added one at a time)
1 C. fresh strawberries
1 C. coconut
1 C. chopped pecans

Mix cake mix and Jell-O, then combine all ingredients. Bake about 30 minutes at 325�F. This makes three layers.

Filling:
1 stick butter
1 box confectioner's sugar
1/2 C. chopped pecans
1/2 C. strawberries
4 oz. cream cheese

Cream sugar and butter; add other ingredients. Spread between layers and on top of cake. Decorate with baby toys like rattles.
