Chocolate Brownie Pie 1
9" pie crust, unbaked
2 squares unsweetened chocolate (2 oz)
2 T butter
3 large eggs
1/2 c sugar
3/4 c dark corn syrup
3/4 c pecan halves
Melt chocolate and butter over hot water.
Beat together thoroughly with rotary beater: eggs, sugar, chocolate
mixture and syrup. Mix in nuts.
Pour into pie shell and bake 350� 40-50 minutes just until set.
Serve slightly warm or cold. Garnish with ice cream or whipped
cream. |
