Corny Corn Casserole Recipe
1 C. creamed corn
1 C. corn (canned okay)
1 T. sugar
1 C. sour cream
2 eggs
1 small package cornbread mix (Jiffy)
2 sticks butter (melted)
Mix all ingredients together and bake in a buttered 9 x 9 x 2 baking dish at
350� F. for one hour.
Serves 4 to 6.
