Cranberry Chutney
1 can whole cranberries
� cup finely chopped onion
1 inch fresh ginger finely chopped
� cup apple cider vinegar
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
� cup white sugar
in a small sauce pan heat sugar, vinegar, red pepper and ginger
until
reduced by one half, then add onion and cranberry simmer on low 15
min.
cool in refrigerator over night for best results.
