Pineapple Cream Cheese Salad
1 small box lemon gelatin
1 1/2 cups hot water
20 large marshmallows
1/4 cup hot water
1 cup cream, whipped
3/4 cup Miracle Whip�
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
Mix gelatin and hot water and let set in the serving dish.
Melt marshmallows in hot water. Cool until thick.
Mix the whipped cream, Miracle Whip�, cream cheese and pineapple.
Blend these two mixtures together and pour over the top of the
yellow layer and let set.
Pour cool gelatin on top. |
