Pineapple Cheese Salad
1 small can crushed pineapple juice
1 cup sugar
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 package lemon jello
1 package whipping cream
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Put pineapple juice, sugar and vinegar in saucepan. Let boil, remove
from heat, stir in Jello until dissolved and add cream cheese, stir
until melted. Let set. Stir in cream topping and cheese. Blend well.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Refrigerate. |
