Low-Fat Baked Lobster and Shrimp

1/2 cup applesauce
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup cooked lobster, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
2 celery ribs, chopped
6 ounces can shrimp, cleaned
1 small onion, chopped
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1 cup fat free mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 350� F.

In small bowl, mix applesauce and bread crumbs set aside.

In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; mix well with spoon.

Place lobster mixture in nonstick 8" x 8" baking dish and top with bread crumbs.

Bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
