Chocolate Walnut Cream Fudge Recipe
2/3 C. evaporated milk
1 jar (5-oz. ) marshmallow cream
1/4 C. butter
1 1/2 C. granulated sugar
1/4 t. salt
1 (6-oz.) package semisweet chocolate morsels
1 t. vanilla
1 C. chopped walnuts
Mix evaporated milk, marshmallow cream, butter, sugar and salt. Stirring
constantly, heat to boiling; boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add chocolate
morsels and stir until melted. Stir in vanilla and chopped walnuts.
Spread in buttered 8-inch square pan. Chill until firm. Cut into squares. Top
each square with walnut half (optional).
