1 C. cut up dates or apricots
1 C. chopped pecans
1 C. powdered sugar
1 egg white

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Drop by teaspoonfuls. Bake at 350�F. for 10 minutes. Cool. Package in an airtight container.
