| Lemon Pie Cookies 1 cup flour 1/2 cup butter 1/4 cup powdered sugar 2 eggs, slightly beaten 3 � 4 tablespoons lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup sugar 2 tablespoons flour 1/4 teaspoon salt Blend together 1 cup flour, butter and powdered sugar. Press into bottom of 9 x 9-inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the cooled, partially baked crust. Bake 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while still warm. Cut into bars when cool. |
