Chocolate Truffle Pound Cake Jar Recipe
3 C. sugar
3 C. flour
1/2 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
1/2 C. cocoa
Combine all and store in airtight container.
Chocolate Truffle Pound Cake
3/4 C. butter
1 C. milk
1 t. vanilla extract
1 package cake mix.
Preheat oven to 325� F. Butter an 8 to 9 cup bundt pan.
In large bowl of electric mixer, cream the butter until it is smooth. Add the
eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Add the milk and vanilla,
beating mixture until it is thoroughly blended. Add the chocolate truffle pound
cake mix and continue to beat for 3 minutes until smooth.
Pour into prepared bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Cool for 25 minutes in the pan, then remove from pan and cool on a wire rack.
